As a procurement officer you have interaction with the (technical) teams during the quotation and purchase process, are responsible for purchases from request for quotation to delivery and final payment of creditors, are involved in negotiations with suppliers to ensure the best purchasing conditions, will build lasting relationships with ETS's suppliers. You also provide support in the accounting process, proposal process, accounting tasks related to purchase and payments, substitute of other admin team members during vacations.

The organisation is based in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. They maintain and operate the environmental test centre, part of the European Space Agency (ESA/ESTEC).
