With your administrative and commercial skills you ensure that everything runs smoothly within the team. You work together with management, regional sales managers and category managers. Your job is to provide reliable and commercial assistance to customers to fulfill all their needs. You guide them through the entire sales process. You are focused on building long-term relationships and you are constantly working on your network.
Your work also consists of processing and handling of orders and questions. You provide the necessary product information to customers and you are their first point of contact. You handle complaints and keep track of sales contracts and agreements. You do all this in the company's CRM system, you ensure that this information is up to date. You also assist with invoices and handle applications for certification. You recognize the needs of customers and you ensure that you take advantage of opportunities to further grow the company.
