You will be responsible for managing the sales administration for the group’s international sales department in an organized and efficient manner. This includes providing administrative support for the sales team, coordinating communication between the group’s various departments, and engaging with customers when needed to ensure exceptional after-sales service.
In this role, you will enter and verify sales orders received by email or phone within the sales order system (SharePoint/PowerApps), ensuring that all orders follow the approval process in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will support the sales team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing offers, assisting with PowerPoint presentations, and drafting documents and reports.
Your work will involve using the ERP systems of certain customers as part of the sales administration process.
You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with the group’s customers, agents, and suppliers to ensure superior after-sales service.
In collaboration with logistics, sales, and customers, you will help coordinate shipments to align with the terms and conditions of sales contracts.
Furthermore, you will participate in the development and maintenance of a customer and supplier database, providing a reliable reference for past sales, tracking current sales, monitoring shipping status, and analyzing sales trends.
Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining an effective filing and record-keeping system and compiling and distributing quarterly harvest reports.
