Handy, motivated, and eager to learn a trade? Join us installing fall protection systems across the Netherlands.
As an assembly worker, you will assist with installing fall protection systems. These systems ensure that people can work safely at heights. You start your day early in Ter Aar, where you and your colleague get into the company van and drive to the project location for that day. This could be an office building, an event location, or another site where work at height is required.
In the beginning, you will work as a second technician and mainly support with practical tasks. For example, you will help load the van, meet the site supervisor upon arrival, and go up to the roof together with your colleague, so it is important that you are not afraid of heights. There, you will help mark the correct positions for anchor points and drill holes of about seven centimeters deep. Step by step, you will learn how cable systems and anchor points are installed and how to ensure that people can safely work at height after the installation is completed.
No two days are the same. One day you might be working on the roof of an office building, and the next day you could be operating from a lift at an event location. You will learn the trade in practice from experienced colleagues. If you are motivated, punctual, and enjoy working with your hands, this is a role where you can really grow.
Your future employer is based in Ter Aar and specializes in fall protection systems throughout the Netherlands. They work on a wide variety of projects, from fall protection at large events to installations on office buildings, which means no two days are the same. The team is close-knit and always supports each other. Together with your colleagues, you make every project a success.
