You start your working day by processing incoming orders and answering customer inquiries. Throughout the day, you maintain contact with customers and colleagues both domestically and internationally, coordinate prices and deliveries, and efficiently handle quotes and claims. With your commercial insight and accuracy, you ensure a smooth order flow and satisfied customers as an inside sales representative.
