As a temporary accounts receivable employee, you will work in the finance department. In this role, you are responsible for managing and following up on outstanding receivables from dealers. This means you will have daily contact by phone and email with dealers who have outstanding payments. You will discuss the status of invoices with them, make concrete payment arrangements, and proactively think of suitable solutions to ensure a smooth payment process. Additionally, you will provide advice on next steps to prevent future payment delays.

A key part of your responsibilities is monitoring payment deadlines. You will closely track which invoices are due soon and take timely action. With your proactive approach, you ensure that payments are received on time and that any issues are identified and resolved early.

You will work on three fixed days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Your structured working method and strong communication skills ensure that both the internal organization and our dealers are well-informed about payment agreements and procedures.
