In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire production line process. Your day starts with setting up and adjusting the line, after which you operate it independently. During production, you monitor quality, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and carry out regular checks. You also accurately record production data in the system. Together with a team of around eight colleagues, you ensure that daily targets are met. You take the lead on the shop floor and actively contribute ideas on how to make processes more efficient and effective. You’ll work alternating shifts from Monday to Friday, and the number of working days per week is negotiable.
