As an operator, you are responsible for assembling, setting up, and operating various machines and equipment. You ensure that there are enough raw materials to keep production running smoothly, monitor the machines, and accurately record product data.
You will work a rotating two-shift schedule: one week in the morning shift from 05:00 to 14:00, the next week in the evening shift from 14:00 to 23:00. To help you get started, you’ll be paired with a mentor for the first six weeks who will train and guide you. After this period, you will be ready to work independently.
For hours worked before 06:00 and after 18:00, you will receive a generous shift bonus on top of your regular pay.
