As a senior accounts payable specialist, you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming invoices within our financial systems. You ensure correct coding, VAT handling and cost-center allocation, while maintaining a clean and structured accounts payable ledger through regular analysis and reconciliations. You are the central point of contact for colleagues with questions about past or current bookings, providing clear explanations and solutions when needed. You also handle employee expense declarations, support the monthly closing process with the preparation of specifications, and ensure all payment batches are accurately prepared, checked and processed on time. In this role, you operate within a dedicated AP team and report directly to the Credit Control Manager, contributing to the further professionalization of our European financial operations.
