As Assistant Team Leader Packaging, you lead a team that ensures snacks are perfectly packed and ready for shipment.
You work alongside your team, solve small issues, and motivate your colleagues. You oversee quality, safety, and hygiene, and report any deviations to the shift supervisor. You also contribute to process improvements. A mentor will guide you during your first six weeks.
You work two shifts: one week from 05:00–14:00, the next from 14:00–23:00. You receive extra pay for hours worked before 06:00 and after 18:00.
What you’ll earn:
With experience, your salary can grow to €3,862.04 per month.
