As a assistent team leader, you’ll be leading a team of 8 colleagues while also working alongside them on the production floor. You make sure everything runs smoothly, solve small issues quickly thanks to your experience, and keep your team motivated to deliver top results.
Together, you produce breaded snacks that are shipped all over the world. This happens across several production lines. You’ll monitor progress, think along about process improvements, and help make operations more efficient. You’re also responsible for solving malfunctions, ensuring safety, quality, and hygiene, and reporting any deviations to the team leader.
You’ll work in a rotating two-shift schedule: the early shift runs from 05:00 to 14:00, and the late shift from 14:00 to 23:00. For hours worked before 06:00 and after 18:00, you’ll receive an attractive shift bonus.
