As Assistant Team Leader, you lead a team of 8 while working on the production floor. You ensure smooth operations, solve issues quickly, and motivate your team.
You help produce breaded snacks shipped worldwide, monitor progress, improve processes, and ensure safety and quality. You report any problems to the team leader.
You work rotating shifts: 05:00–14:00 one week, 14:00–23:00 the next. Hours before 06:00 and after 18:00 get a shift bonus.
