As an assistant team leader, you’ll lead a team of eight colleagues on the production floor. Together, you make sure everything runs smoothly, issues are solved quickly, and everyone stays motivated. You’ll help produce breaded snacks that are shipped all over the world. You’ll monitor progress, look for ways to improve processes, and ensure that safety and quality standards are always met. Any issues you can’t solve yourself, you report to the team leader so they can be addressed promptly.

You’ll work rotating shifts: one week from 05:00 to 14:00, and the next week from 14:00 to 23:00. For the hours worked before 06:00 and after 18:00, you’ll receive a shift bonus. The base wage is € 16,99 per hour, plus an additional € 1,05 per hour ADV bonus. Including the shift bonus, you can earn up to € 23,12 per hour. With a 40-hour work week, your starting salary is € 3.415,19 per month, with growth potential up to € 3.862,04 per month.
