As an assistant teamleader, you are the right hand of the Team Leader and a key person within the production process. Working on the production floor, you help ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You support and guide a team of 8 colleagues, keep an overview of the workflow, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done.

Within this production company, high-quality breaded snacks are produced and shipped worldwide. You are actively involved on the production floor, monitoring progress and ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency are always maintained. When challenges arise, you identify issues quickly and take action to find effective solutions together with your team. You contribute ideas for process improvements and help ensure that production continues without unnecessary delays. Any important issues or irregularities are reported to the Team Leader.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, takes responsibility, and enjoys supporting and motivating a team. You are a hands-on person who can make quick decisions, keep a clear overview, and ensure that teamwork on the production floor runs smoothly.

You will work in a two-shift schedule, alternating weekly between 05:00–14:00 and 14:00–23:00. A shift allowance applies for hours worked before 06:00 and after 18:00.

For this responsible position, you will receive an attractive starting salary of €3,274.57 gross per month based on 37.5 hours per week. There are also opportunities to grow within the role, with the potential to increase your salary up to €3,672.37 gross per month.
