As a CNC operator, you will work alongside an experienced colleague who will guide you step-by-step through the entire production process. Together, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department. In this role, you are responsible for operating CNC machines and performing turning, milling, and conventional machining of molds. You will also start up, clean, and adjust machines as needed, and carry out minor repairs. You continuously monitor the production process and actively contribute ideas for improvements.
