As a metalworking technician, you will have a wide range of responsibilities and work on various production assignments. Your day starts by setting up machines and reviewing technical drawings. Once you and your manager confirm that everything is correctly set up, you assess the drawings, procedures, and instructions before beginning production. During your work, you keep a close eye on quality and quantity requirements. If you notice any deviations, you report them to your manager and help find a solution.
In our fully equipped machine park, you’ll work with a variety of machines to produce components for coffee machines. You’ll operate press brakes, robots, lasers, and grinding machines, while learning new production techniques and developing your skills further.
You’ll join a friendly and motivated team of ten colleagues in Heerhugowaard, working 40 hours a week in day shifts from Monday to Friday. Together with your manager, you’ll be responsible for the production series in the Metal Shop department.
If you enjoy thinking along to improve production processes, reading technical drawings, delivering high-quality work, and following procedures, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
