As a production employee in this two-shift work schedule, you work in a dynamic environment where quality and precision are paramount. You work from Monday to Friday in varying shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to midnight. Because of these shifts, you are entitled to a shift allowance starting from 6:00 PM, and you also receive a dressing allowance of 3.35 Euros per day. Due to the allowance, your hourly wage from 6:00 PM will be 18.75 Euros.You have a 40-minute break of which you get 10 minutes from the boss, so you can change clothes at a relaxed pace.
