As a production operator, you’re an essential part of the workflow. You’ll be operating one or more production lines and ensuring that the machines keep running without a hitch. You’ll monitor the availability of raw materials, start up the process, and step in when something isn’t running as it should.

If something doesn’t look right, you take action. You’ll regularly check the product’s quality, paying attention to weight, packaging, and structure. No two days are the same—which keeps the work varied and interesting.

At the start of your shift, you’ll review the schedule and handover with your colleagues. By the end of the day, you’ll leave everything tidy and ready for the next team.
