As a Production Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 8 colleagues on the production floor. You actively work alongside your team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. With your experience, you’re able to quickly resolve minor issues and keep your team motivated and focused. You’ll also contribute to improve and optimise processes. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining safety, quality, and hygiene standards, identifying any deviations, and reporting directly to the shift supervisor. Your team is responsible for producing all kinds of snacks that are shipped worldwide, using various production machines.

You’ll work in two shifts: The early shift starts at 05:00 and ends at 14:00. The late shift starts at 14:00 and ends on 23:00. Your base pay is €18 per hour, plus €1.10 ADV. For hours worked before 6:00 and after 18:00, you’ll earn a higher rate — bringing your total to €25.04 per hour!
