As a trainee process operator, you will first start in production. In this role, you will go through the entire production process so you get a clear understanding of all tasks and steps within the factory. It is important that you fully master this role before you can progress to the position of operator. By starting in production, you learn how the processes work in practice and gain insight into the operation of machines, colleagues’ working methods, and the different production steps.
