In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Quality teams in day-to-day IT tasks. You will ensure that there are little to no outages on within the company and manage hardware, software, video systems and licenses. Ranging from office and e-commerce applications to customized business systems. You resolve internal malfunctions and software errors, respond to internal usage requests/problems, and analyze/advise customers and colleagues on appropriate solutions.  Furthermore, you participate in IT-meetings which you hold with your colleagues from the UK and America. You take the lead in the IT projects in the Dutch branch, building positive relationships with all parties involved. You make sure that your colleagues are informed, you document and share your knowledge and experiences (in children's language for colleagues without IT knowledge!).
