In this dynamic role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, managing the entire process from inquiries to after-sales support. You will serve as the vital link between our customers, our plant, purchasing teams (both local and overseas), and vendors.
With a strong understanding of our products and a focus on customer needs, you will provide tailored solutions to ensure each project’s success. This includes preparing quotations and advising customers on both standard products and bespoke solutions. Using your creativity and communication skills, you will navigate between "off-the-shelf" items from our plant in Poland and custom-made projects to achieve the best possible results efficiently.
You will be responsible for project pricing, offering options that align with customers' budgets. Additionally, you will oversee the entire order process—from entering and managing orders to ensuring accurate, on-time delivery and payment completion. This includes coordinating transport and import activities where necessary.
Your role doesn’t end with delivery. You will handle after-sales and complaint management in collaboration with the sales team and manager, working towards achieving both customer satisfaction and company goals.
