You start your day with a nice cup of coffee and a small talk with your team. You work with eight other customer service employees. Every morning, the emails are divided, so you know what you need to do.

Your day is busy and different every day. You check and enter orders. You follow the track & trace and give customers updates about their delivery. Is a delivery broken, wrong, or missing? Then you help the customer and solve the problem. You also talk to DHL to check the deliveries. They are speaking English in the team and with customers. So you must speak and write English well. You get freedom in your work. You can ask questions, share ideas, and work together with your team. You work with systems like SAP, Outlook, and Topdesk. It is good if you already know these.
