As a customer service representative, your days will be filled with a variety of exciting tasks. You'll ensure smooth communication between customers, the factory, and buyers. By mastering product knowledge and understanding your customers, you'll provide tailored advice while managing orders and requests. You’ll also keep our current customers happy by sending invoices on time, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and handling any complaints. Right now, we're on the lookout for friendly and commercial talents with fluent Portugese and English language skills. If you speak Spanish and/or Italian as well, you have a very, very big plus on your curriculum. Also very nice: You can work from home one or two days a week.
