In this warehouse, you are a jack of all trades! In the rental department, requests come in from customers for either rental items or returns. You are responsible for both the rental and return items. You ensure that all orders are shipped on time and you are proficient with the latest software systems. It may also be the case that the customer wants to see a certain app on their tablet. You install and package it. You customize the ordered IT hardware to meet the needs and desires of the customers. This includes tasks such as swapping out keyboard keys, adding hard drives, or installing required software systems for international customers.

Thanks to your skills, you can rally colleagues and motivate them. You're also a true team player. Furthermore, communication is key in this role. You'll communicate with the support team regarding missing products and their processing in the system. Physical tasks such as lifting boxes are also part of your job.
