As a Lead Operator, you will be responsible for leading the Reverse Logistics department at our Son en Breugel location. You will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and work closely with the other Lead Operators to ensure that products are processed accurately and on time.

In this role, you will lead a team of twenty Operators and ensure that all operational processes run efficiently and safely. You will motivate your team to achieve both departmental and company goals, and you will participate in daily planning meetings together with the planning team and fellow Lead Operators. You are actively present on the work floor, stepping in where needed to support operations. Additionally, you will monitor and enforce company policies and procedures related to Environment, Health, and Safety to maintain a compliant and safe working environment.
