Are you a driven marketer with a keen eye for customer relations? In this role, you will be responsible for retaining existing customers and enhancing their loyalty. You’ll actively communicate with clients via email, send out surveys, and create engaging newsletters. Additionally, you will develop smart customer retention flows to partially automate processes and improve the overall customer journey.

You're skilled at creating compelling content, including writing blogs, organizing webinars, and contributing to product launches. You will also help develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen the company’s online presence.

In this position, you’ll work closely with the sales department, international teams, and external partners – primarily via email. Finally, you’ll be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing budgets with a sharp focus on results.
