This company manufactures paint mixing and shaking machines that are exported worldwide. As an assembly worker, you will be responsible for putting these machines together. A paint mixing machine passes through four production lines before becoming a finished product. Depending on your experience, you will be assigned to one or more of these lines, allowing you to make the job as challenging as you want it to be.

When creating a functioning paint mixing machine, there are a number of steps involved. You start by studying the work instructions. When it's clear what you need to do, you check the materials, parts and tools your colleague has gathered from the warehouse. Are all the parts you need present? Then you can start assembling the paint mixing machine and adjusting (sub-)assemblies into machine parts. On another production line, you make electrical and pneumatic connections.

Are you on the last line? Then you are responsible for assembling the assembled machine parts into the complete paint mixing machine. You also test the machine once it is ready, solve any problems found, and load the software. No matter which production line you are on, you keep your work environment clean and orderly.

Your future employer makes paint mixing machines for hardware stores and others. The head office is located in Sassenheim. There is an informal working atmosphere with hard work.
