You’re someone who stands firmly on both feet and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. Here, you really do start at the bottom. That means emptying bins, cleaning up, moving materials using a scanner, and simply making sure everything runs smoothly. You’re helping to build the process from the ground up and learning the trade from the inside out.

We’re not looking for someone who belongs behind a desk — we need someone who feels right at home working with steel. Experience in metal or steel is definitely welcome, but your attitude matters even more. If you show motivation, take initiative, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, there are plenty of opportunities here. We invest in people who want to learn and offer lots of room to grow within our modern production environment. We work with advanced equipment, including CNC press brakes and fully automated fiber laser machines. The technology is impressive, but nothing happens without people like you. You make sure the work is done right, communicate with your team leader about the order of tasks, and keep your workspace clean and organized. You’ll work on both custom pieces and series production – no two days are the same.

We’re looking for someone who’s practical, works independently, and feels at home in an informal work culture. You speak English (Dutch is of course also welcome) and bring a positive attitude. If you already have a hoisting certificate, great – if not, we’ll make sure you get one. A forklift license is nice to have, but not essential.
