For an innovative high-tech organization in the Tilburg region, we are looking for a Technical Assembly Operator. In this role, you will work on high-quality modules where precision, craftsmanship, and quality are key, within an advanced technical production environment where complex three-dimensional modules are assembled, welded, and tested according to strict quality standards.

As a Technical Assembly Operator, you are responsible for assembling and welding complex modules. You work based on technical drawings and execute work orders according to planning. Your tasks include TIG welding of components, including welding with orbital welding heads, and assembling parts into complete modules. In addition, you test, measure, and inspect the modules to ensure they meet the required quality and safety standards.

You will also perform operator tasks such as setting up machines, adjusting them when necessary, and carrying out first-line maintenance to ensure the production process runs smoothly.

Besides assembly and welding work, you may perform repair activities and support pilot projects or the development of new products. You will digitally register completed work orders in the system and assist colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Within this role, you are also expected to actively contribute ideas for improving processes and working methods.
