As a production employee in NC drilling, you will work in a technical production environment where metal products are processed. You place products into moulds, load them into the machine and operate the NC drilling machine according to clear work instructions. The work mainly consists of practical production tasks, where accuracy and attention to detail are important to make sure everything is positioned correctly in the machine.

You do not need to be an experienced NC specialist, but technical insight is important. You are able to read technical drawings, or you have enough technical understanding to pick this up quickly. You will also carry out simple measurements to check whether the product has been processed correctly.

This is not a process operator role, but a practical production position for someone who enjoys working in a technical environment. Experience in a technical industry or a clear affinity with technology is a strong advantage. You work neatly, follow instructions carefully and make sure the quality of the product remains up to standard.
